At Go School of Motoring we offer a variety of lessons and courses to suit all needs and circumstances.
We offer a free local pick up/drop off service. For example, we can start the lesson from your workplace/school/college and finish at your home. If you wish to take advantage of this then please let us know in advance so that we can schedule travelling between lessons.
Our tuition is on a one to one basis - there will be no other learners in the car.
We do not charge extra for evening or weekend lessons.
We offer a price discount for all Young Scot Card holders.
We offer gift vouchers which can be redeemed against any of our courses.
Each month we have at least one special offer. For this month's special offer click here.

LEARNER DRIVERS
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
For learner drivers the traditional method of training has been through a one hour lesson once or twice a week. We offer one hour lessons though many people derive more benefit from lessons of 90 minutes or two hours.
There are several benefits of extended lessons :
For pupils living in Kilmacolm, Inverkip or Wemyss Bay 90 minute or two our lessons are essential.
We offer block bookings of five or ten lessons or more. By booking a course of lessons your training schedule can be arranged well in advance. When block booked and paid for in advance these courses attract a price discount.
SEMI-INTENSIVE COURSES
We now offer semi-intensive driving courses designed to suit all circumstances. Semi-intensive courses offer the benefits of regular training and practice (with fewer time between lessons, less information is forgotten and less remedial training required) but without the overload of information or fatigue that an intensive driving course can involve.
For all semi-intensive courses, additional tuition, if required, can be provided at standard one hour rates.

PASS PLUS
We offer Pass Plus courses for all drivers who have passed their test in the previous 12 months.
Pass Plus is a driving scheme designed by the DSA in conjunction with insurance companies and driving instructors. The scheme is designed to improve your overall driving skills by covering areas which may not have been covered in your initial training. These include night time driving, motorway driving and out of town driving. Completion of a Pass Plus Course will enhance your driving skills, make you a safer driver and may reduce your car insurance premiums.
